We also know that organization and time management is KEY to returning the favor with a seamless hand-off to the oncoming shift. A mentor once told me, "think with your brain, remember with your pen". So here it is my fellow RN heroes, the best nurse brain there ever was. Now, if only our patients were as organized as our report sheets!

This is a single patient GENERAL DAY-SHIFT REPORT SHEET/NURSE BRAIN to help you organize your shifts.

HOW IT WORKS:
